I painted this Mermaid Mandala in 2014. It's 12 x 12 inches, acrylic paint on canvas. It was a challenge for me, I had never done faces or hands before. I sort of cheated by painting the hands from a side view lol Overall I think it came out quite nicely, and I'm glad I accepted the challenge!
