CUSTOM MANDALA PAINTINGS
I love to create custom Mandala art! I can use almost any idea or theme as inspiration. I can use your favorite colors as inspiration, or a season, a song title or lyric, an emotion, a place, a plant, an animal. When I do custom art, it often gets me to do things I never would have thought of on my own, and gives the patron a chance to be a "co-creator" of their own unique piece of art!
If you would like your own unique custom Mandala painting, fill in the form below and tell me your budget and your ideas! I will get back to quickly and we can discuss the details. Price will depend mostly on size and level of detail. Bigger and more detailed ones take longer.

I will ask for a 50% deposit. This will guarantee your spot in my schedule. I work on one piece at a time in the order I receive deposits. The remaining 50% balance + shipping would be due upon completion the piece. I look forward to working with you and creating a unique piece of art you can cherish for many years to come! Below are examples of custom pieces I have done in the past.

30 x 30 inches - Acrylic paint on stretched canvas - This was a commissioned piece for a client. For this one the client just told me "have fun". ;) I called it this because of all the extra details I put in it. I feel like it is my best work so far as of the time I painted it. When something goes so fast it breaks the sound barrier it's called a sonic boom. So I went with the visual equivalent and called it "Optic Boom"

12 x 12 inches - Acrylic paint on stretched canvas The client asked me for something with green, purple, orange, yellow, pink and silver, and she asked me to do something that was full of energy and joy and happiness

20 x 20 inches - Acrylic paint on stretched canvas The client only instruction was for one with a "heart chakra" theme, and he gave me complete freedom other than that.

16 x 16 inches - Acrylic paint on stretched canvas The client asked me for something for his Mom's birthday, he told me she is a devout Southern Christian and she likes pink

12 x 12 inches - Acrylic paint on stretched canvas The client asked me to make apiece with colors that matched her business card, and a heart in the middle. I chose the name becuse the heart symbolizes love and it sort of has a wavy look to the pattern

12 x 12 inches -Acrylic paint on stretched canvas I called it this because the client brought me a cushion and asked me to match the colors, and compared to the cushion, the pattern is crazy!

10 x 10 inches - Acrylic on stretched canvas The client asked me for something with a sun theme, and he wanted peace signs and yin yang in there too. I tried to get the idea of sunbeams in the middle. I named it because of the dots I put in it.

12 x 12 inches - Acrylic on stretched canvas The client asked me to use these colors and some design elements from another painting I did. I gave it this title because the colors are fiery and the corners look almost like birds. Also, for me art is a new life, born out of the ashes of my previous life as a telemarketer and drunk.

10 x 10 inches - Acrylic on stretched canvas The client asked me for one with lots of colors, but also some negative space with a white pattern over it. I called it this because of the wave in the pattern, and because I already named another painting Shockwave.

14 x 14 inches - Acrylic on stretched canvas The client asked me for something with blues, yellows and oranges. He wanted the middle to represent the soundhole of an acoustic guitar, and he wanted there to be something that represented ripples or soundwaves

20 x 20 inches - Acrylic on stretched canvas- This was a commissioned piece for a client. This piece is a memorial piece in memory of Sam Floyd. Sam and the client were neighbours. Sam was in the Navy for 27 years, and was very patriotic. So I went with stars and stripes, and I put the anchors in. The black and white part is shaped like a Navy shoulder insignia, and has a cross attached to a Star of David attached to the Infinity symbol in it. He was Christian, and his wife

20 x 20 inches - Acrylic on stretched canvas The client asked me to do one with a non-dualism theme. Since I wanted to be 100% sure what that meant exactly, I Googled it and the Yin Yang came up. So when that came up I got this idea to do the 4 quadrants with the black and white theme. I named it because I was going to go with Zin Zang, but when I said it out loud, it sounded like Zen Zang, and so I went with that.

Peacocks in an Octopuses Garden at Sunset 10 x 10 inches - Acrylic on stretched canvas -This was a commission for a client, it challenged me to get out of my comfort zone! I called it this because the client told me she liked sunset colors, octopuses and peacocks, and named it as a "tip of the hat" to the Beatles song "Octopus's Garden"

8 x 8 inches - Acrylic on stretched canvas - This was a commission for a friend. The client asked me to make one with the circle triangle symbol in the middle. The circle with the triangle in it is a symbol for recovery from alcohol and I am grateful because my own sobriety allows me to make these paintings and stay focused on my art career.

12 x 12 inches - Acrylic on stretched canvas - This was a commission for my friend Erika. My friend Erika had asked me to do one similar to tanother "rainbow" one I had made. I named it this because Erika is studying yoga, and she mentioned to me in one of her meditations she saw the place where I get the inspiration for my patterns from. In my experience (heart stopping, lots of psychedelics), these patterns are the visions you see before you cross into a world inhabited by "souls"or spirits

8 x 8 inches - Acrylic paint on stretched canvas - In memory of Marlene A friend of mine lost his GF to lung cancer. I was asked to create this by some of his other friends, as a gift instead of flowers that would be gone in a few days. There are not really words to say how it feels to create such a meaningful piece, other than to say its an honor to be trusted with such a task.
